- Collect compensation data of the company
- Consult the company to select the target market group
- Compare the company’s current pay with the target market group thanks to our biggest compensation database in the market
Phase 4: Build salary structure
- Agree on the company’s pay strategy
- Build new internal grading system and new salary structure
- Provide general guidelines for applying new salary structure
Phase 5: Salary increase matrix
- Design a salary increase matrix to effectively distribute the salary increase budget for each employee
