Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh believes that “Changing mindset is the most fundamental change. Business leaders need to have the determination to change, in order to restructure the business and help workers change their mindset and seize the opportunities around them. In 2023, the top three human resource trends will be the use of technology in management, flexible working policies, and employee engagement through corporate culture. Creating a human resource strategy that is based on technology, flexibility, and culture is key for Vietnamese and Danang businesses to attract and retain talent. It’s time for Danang businesses to benchmark their human resource policies with developed markets, in order to accelerate change, reposition their human resource strategy, and rebuild a sustainable and empathetic corporate culture that creates value for workers, organizations, and society.”
